"This is the first time I have ever posted a review on Facebook, I don't use it that much. However, I felt compelled to write this review. Jennifer - very helpful and always returned my calls. Eric - he is the reason I am writing this review. I am recently widowed (and told Eric this) and I feel very tentative about getting bids on things I don't know about.... don't know if I am getting ripped off or not. After he looked at my basement, he told me he did not see anything that needed repair. I then ask him if he had a minute to tell me what he thought about the dirt around my foundation. He looked at it and told me what he thought needed to be done. So impressed. He is very down to earth and honest. So refreshing! Thank you."
